Door (room) mechanism only worked half the time. Hotel totally booked and only 1 elevator was in service all weekend. Totally unacceptable!! No instructions in room explaining how to work the 2 remotes to the tv. No usb charging ports for electronics. No Sunday maid service we had no clean towels Sunday night.

Our door did not lock /shut and when we left didn't realize it and came back to our room being unlocked. The exercise room equipment was not working properly. The treadmill and elliptical were not safe bc it would not slow down when pressing the down button or go down when pressing the incline either. I did report that to manager. The spa was out of order and nothing on the website prior to booking that it would be down. All the drink machines were out of order. The breakfast eggs and sausage were very cold and we went down early for breakfast. We would not stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a family trip. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and relaxing. Breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options. I highly recommended the hotel
