The hotel was nice, clean. Breakfast was good. The only complaint was that the next day someone try to used my credit card and I only give it to the front desk. My bank declined the transaction and I have to have a new card. The charges didn’t get to do anything with the hotel.

Stayed here twice and both times Great!

We’ve stayed here twice in now and we enjoy it a lot. It’s great to have a diff type breakfast every morning! Warm food not just muffins and fruit or cereal (high they have all of that as well as waffles and other stuff. That alone is worth more than the ones a few blocks away with no breakfast at all for a few bucks cheaper. We def saved money not needing to eat out every morning. It’s the best price for what you get and the location is perfect. Easy to beach and easy out of the beach area to the amphitheater 2 miles away where we went to three concerts back to back there again. We love WSP! 🥳😎🎉🌊☀️🐚⛱️💙

The property has been recently renovated but the rooms lack lighting and electrical outlets. We had a king bed and one side had a light and one outlet, the other side had no light and no outlets. The desk had no outlets. Very poor design. The breakfast was adequate but there was only one waste bin. No waste bin by the coffee area so you were left managing your waste from the cup, creamer and sugars and carting them across the room to the waste. Staff was cordial but not friendly. Parking was tight and newly $10 per day which is not on their site. Great location but I would not stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious! Front desk sold downtown trolley tickets so that was convenient. The trolley was great! Love this area. You can walk to beautiful beach, restaurants, and shopping. Thanks to all the staff!

We only stayed a night at this property to extend our stay in St. Augustine an extra day and I was very impressed. The room was very clean and updated. It was directly across the street from beach access. Very close to tons of restaurant options. The pools area was clean and kept very cute. Overall impressed with the property and would stay again!!

Did not get the room I requested months in advance. I was told that there were guests in it which was not true; housekeeping had not been there yet. Hot tub was cold. Took days for them to get staff on it and they didn’t let me know it was fixed. I found out from other guests. Front desk staff and GM were rude and completely unconcerned about my complaints. I will never stay there again. Nor will I recommend it to out of town guests.

Location and room were great but you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. People walking and talking outside and cars driving by. If you’re a light sleeper, maybe bring some earplugs.
