Step into paradise in our BRAND NEW luxury Boho Beach House! Immerse yourself in the allure of island life and experience an escape from reality on Butler Beach. Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway—the ultimate retreat after a blissful day at the beach or exploring the charms of St. Augustine!
The space
Boho Beach House is BRAND NEW along with everything in it! A Bohemian vibe was the inspiration along with quiet and comfortable luxury. The spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, great for families or couples. There is enough parking for 4 cars, a washer/dryer is provided (2 laundry pods included), high speed WiFi internet and cable tv, large outdoor patio with hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table w/umbrella and lounge area for entertaining.

The primary bedroom on the main floor has a king bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a luxurious rain shower head. A sitting chair and desk are provided for anyone who needs to get a little work done.

The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and plenty of space with a nice view.

The third bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds perfect for kids. We have included a pack-and-play (sheets NOT provided) and a highchair for the kiddos.

The loft upstairs has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep two. Bedding is provided and is stored in the tv cabinet. Guests will need to pull out the bed and make themselves.

The second full bathroom w/tub is upstairs for guests.

We provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tissue, paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper/bathroom. All towels and linens are washed with unscented/no dye laundry detergent in consideration for our guests with sensitivities or allergies.

The main living area is an open concept with 2 leather couches and a huge tv to watch movies or the big game. The loft upstairs has a comfy couch and large tv for hanging out or playing games.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking a wonderful meal or grill outdoors on the BBQ (propane included) for a quick meal after the beach. Sugar, creamer and a few Keurig coffee pods and tea bags are provided. (Keurig, coffee pot, tea kettle available)

The backyard patio has a new hot tub, hanging chair, lounge seating, dining table w/umbrella, patio games and string lights to enjoy into the night.

Surf boards, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs and a wagon are in the garage and available for the short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after the beach!

This beach house is the perfect retreat after a long day at the beach or exploring St. Augustine!
Guest access
Keyless entry is provided and a unique code will be sent to you the day before check-in. The property sits behind another house and is very private and quiet. There is a white gravel easement that you turn off the main road to access the house. The entire home is yours to enjoy for your beach vacation!

Absolutely perfect house in a perfect location with the most perfect amenities and the most perfect host. I rent houses frequently for vacations with friends and family and this is definitely in my top five. So grateful we were able to spend a weekend here. The house is gorgeous and so well appointed - no detail was overlooked. We absolutely loved our time here.

I searched a long time to find the perfect place for my family to stay for Spring Break- and I found it at the Boho Beach house. It had everything we were looking for and more! It’s private and quiet, and we enjoyed the private backyard with hot tub, and we did a lot of grilling out and hanging out by the fire table. It’s a short walk to the beach through a safe neighborhood, or there is a park near the beach entrance you can park to save some walk time. The beach is nice, not busy or congested and very beautiful. The house also had everything we needed to enjoy the beach which was a bonus- umbrellas, a wagon, chairs, coolers and my kids loved the boogie boards. The house has everything you need- even down to some spices in the kitchen. We loved our stay- the house is exactly as pictured- super cute and decorated so awesome. We loved the vibe. Monica was a great host. If your looking for a nice place to vacation- I promise you won’t be disappointed with the boho beach house.

Girl's Getaway

We stayed at Boho House for a girls weekend. The house was perfect. It was, clean and well appointed, woth everything you would need and more. It was also well decorated creating a very relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed time in the hot tube. We took adavtage of the provided chairs, umbrellas, wagon, coolers, and close beach access for relaxing beach time. 10 out of 10, highly recommend this property and host.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The pictures absolutely do the property justice and you get exactly what it looks like! The communication with Monica was quick, easy and clear. We loved the abundance of space and how clean the property was. Even the AC was easy to use and had no issues (rare to find with rentals). Monica thought of EVERYTHING to make a family comfortable in this property. From high chairs, a FULLY stocked kitchen and the most relaxing hot tub, this was a phenomenal stay.We will absolutely be back, thank you to our amazing host!!

We had an incredible stay at Boho Beach!!! The listing of the property was exactly as described. The house was beyond clean!!! It was spotless. Monica had every single detail organized perfectly in the house! Nothing we wanted was not available for us!!! She thought of everything! Took our 4 kids to the beach for a week, and this house was phenomenal for us! It was clean, had all the appliances we needed (including a crockpot, which was perfect), and very private despite having close neighbors. Property manager is very quick to respond and willing to help.The thing that stood out for us though was the amount of beach-related items that are provided - chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach bags, coolers, beach towels, and a wagon. We didn’t have to buy or pack anything but swimsuits!Also, if you have young children, there is a pack-n-play and lots of kid friendly dishes, as well as some board books.Other highlights were the hot tub and the swing out back on the patio. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
