Casa Coquina offers a uniquely central location for your visit to the nation's oldest city. Located directly across from The Conch House Resort/Salt Run Waterway and walking distance to many restaurants & entertainments, this clean, quiet home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large living room, Florida room & outdoor patio with BBQ grill. Brewery lights in the trees over the large outdoor dining area. We are a 2-minute drive to Historic Downtown and 5-minute drive to our beautiful beaches. The huge tree-shaded yard is completely fenced in for child/pet safety and total privacy.
The home sleeps 6 but is more comfortable with 4 guests as the third bed is the sleeper sofa in the main living area. We welcome responsible pet owners. Please add your pet to the reservation as there is a $25 pet fee per stay.
Garage and driveway parking available. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Enjoy!

Great stay in St. Augustine

We booked our stay here for a weekend stay so we could go to the Night of Lights and we had a great time. The location was perfect for the 4 adults in our party with our dog who really enjoyed the huge backyard. Check in was simple and the accommodations were great. Nice rental for small families or couples - location was fantastic for both the beaches and the historic district - very easy to get to. Decent restaurant across the street which does offer take-out - good walking neighborhood for our two dogs. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the St. Augustine area.
