Very nice and quiet in the heart of old town St Aug. The property was very quiet. Room AC good. Water pressure and hot water excellent. Staff very friendly. They provided a nice list of recommendations for local dining and activities. Off site parking was not bad, less than a ten minute walk away. The comp beverages were a nice touch and the fresh baked cookies were a treat. Be aware when booking that some rooms are on 2nd and even 3rd floor. Oh the daily breakfast is always something to look forward to. It’s a formal sit down breakfast experience. A nice treat.

Our room was not what was pictured on line, but was remodeled. We were suppose to have a soaker tub, but had a large shower. They need a better finish carpenter. Our room was large and comfortable. The property is close to everything. Oliver, jack of all trades and host was very kind. The lady that was the cook, sorry don’t remember her name, was also friendly and attentive. We would stay again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bed and breakfast. The rooms were absolutely perfect. The staff was above and beyond…customer interaction/making sure we were happy is their top priority! Their breakfast was something you would get in a five star restaurant, phenomenal! Fresh homemade cookies, and coffee all day and a wonderful social hour for their guest. Chef Jen is the best. We will definitely be back.

Stayed 2 nights right in the middle of the Historic district so you were in walking distance to most of the sights. Our room was fantastic and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and you must try the cookies. Would definitely recommend.
