Beautiful home and a great location near all the restaurants and activities on St. George St. Our room was lovely and well-appointed with a very comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The room was actually very quiet considering the level of activity around the inn. Breakfast was wonderful each day as was dessert each night. Parking was a little crazy due to another guest who was inconsiderate, but we will definitely be back!

The room was lovely, with a loveseat in addition to the comfortable bed. The bed and breakfast provided excellent breakfast, and nightly dessert, and had a tea/coffee/water station always available.

The room was nice and the location is central, which is critical considering the crowds that visit St. Augustine daily and the resulting traffic congestion. However, I was disappointed by the breakfast. Typically, Bed & Breakfasts are a step up from hotel chains but this place underperformed. There was a variety of processed foods like Kellog's cereal boxes, yoghurts, bread and jam. An innkeeper served rotating cooked breakfast (e.g. egg strata) but the portions were tiny and the food wasn't tasty. The innkeeper was also quite inattentive and her demeanor discouraged asking for more or modifications. There was a lot of free booze but I don't think that's a top breakfast choice for most.

This staff are overworked and overwhelmed which is why I am guessing the beds are invested with bed bugs. Finally got a refund after having credit card company to step in as the owner didn't want to take accountability. With over 36 B&B's to stay at, this isn't the one.

Everything was amazing to checking in early, the hospitality with staff, spacious room and en suite bathroom. The other visitors were very friendly. The amenities breakfast dessert social hour all of it was amazing.

We only stayed here for one night, unfortunately, but we loved the time that we spent. The property is in a great location, and they provide so many nice features and extras that it really made for a wonderful experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, you are given a nice, freshly baked dessert item to welcome you. They have a sort of meet-and-greet happy hour each day, where they serve some drinks and hors d'ourves, and you can mingle with the other guests. We actually enjoyed talking to some of the other people there. Our room was lovely and nicely furnished. Some of the rooms have a balcony (ours happened to) and they were cool about letting me smoke a cigar out there, as long as I did not smoke in the actual room. Breakfast the next morning was great. They do a rotating menu for breakfast, so that you don't eat the same thing over and over if you stay there for multiple days. We really felt welcomed here, and we regretted that our schedule, and the availability of rooms, only permitted us a single night here. We would definitely return for a longer stay.
