This property was very very clean and spacious feeling. We loved staying here. Property had a large fenced in yard and a great front porch with comfortable rocking chairs. There is also off street parking at this location. Beds were very comfortable and felt new. This two bedroom also had a large bathroom with laundry facilities, a beautiful eat in kitchen and living room and was very nicely decorated. Property was secured with deadbolts and coded entry making us feel safe and secure. Location was really great being just a few minutes drive from Historic Downtown St. Augustine and only 15 minutes from many different beaches in the area. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was and its convenient location. Would definitely stay again. The only couple small issues we had were that there was a noticeable musty smell inside the home, which could be resolved simply by running a dehumidifier regularly in the property, and that we would have liked curtains on the front and back door and large kitchen window to make us feel even more secure and relaxed.

This was a very nice, comfortable house. Clean with everything you would need. Very convenient to shopping and down town St, Augustine. My only negative comment is there should be a dead bolt on the front door for added security and the beds were ok but really should be replaced.
