Rooms were spacious and clean. Check in and out was easy, though the person checking us in made us feel distinctly unwelcome. The evening reception is a nice touch, and breakfast was great. One point of contention was the amenities (pool/ hot tub) closing at sunset. During summer months, this makes perfect sense, but on the shorter winter days, closing the hot tub at 6 feels… short.

Great hotel. Very clean and updated. Only wish they had self parking option. Valet was quick though. First time in St. Augustine and would go back here in a second!

During my five day stay, everynight there were numerous empty cups all over the seating areas. No one to clean the fire pits seatings with patrons garbage, plates and cups. For the price we paid.. breakfast buffet was ordinary like what La Quinta Whynham services except omelets made to order. The ash trays were never emptied and no rain coverage if it rained in the only one place smoking area. The daily complimentary cocktails were fine..Overall i give this hotel a 6 out of 10. Over $1700 for 5 nights..????unfortunately I've stayed at better hotels for less money.

At almost $300. per night it was a huge disappointment. The room was just an ordinary room you could get anywhere. It was nice that the breakfast was included in the price but it was the same everyday. No variation. Christmas Dinner was horrible! They offered Prime Rib, tough, grizzle runner throughout, and served with the cow still mooing!!! So rare. Our waitress said that's how it's being served. It was cold and uneatable. The staff of the hotel itself were very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed touring St. Augustine. The hotel was not what I expected. Will not return!!!!

Great staff , excellent location and amenities. Our big reason for not having 5 starts is NO Dressers ! We always unpack upon arrival and not everything goes hung up so felt like we were living out of suitcases which totally took away from this experience .. easy fix .. Add dressers please .. Also pillows entirely way to thin.. Otherwise wonderful experience .. please add dressers , we would love to come back.

Everything stood out to us during our stay. It was outstanding throughout, especially our check in process Jianna C was amazing and Manager Stanley was on top on everything. Best Hotel and stay you could imagine.

Overall a lovely experience. We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room wasn’t ready. It was busy. We grabbed a drink and waited in the lobby for our room (in the business the front desk agent forgot to tell us our room was ready, but gave us a good & beverage credit to Mae up for it). The food was great in the hotel restaurant, And breakfast was convenient as well, and having a Starbucks in the hotel was also wonderful! We’ll definitely consider staying here again. Beach access and amenities were great!
