Poor Cleaning
The location was fabulous. Great view of the ocean and pool. Easy check in process. However, upon checking in the floors were covered in a black grime. Our feet were instantly black. We contacted the manager with pictures of the mop water after mopping 4 times and she sent over an inspector. The inspector stated she didn’t have time to inspect the unit. This information was then passed onto the manager. She offered to send over house keeping to clean the floor. We declined due to already sanitizing the unit for our 2 young children against covid. (The cleaning should have been done prior to arrival.) I reached out to the manager twice without reply. We’ve requested our cleaning fee/rental fee be refunded at some rate. The unit was not cleaned or detailed as it should be. Dust and crumbs most places. Other than the units cleanliness we had a wonderful stay and the property was very nice.
