Great location! This was a nice little spot tucked away from the historic district but close enough to walk everywhere. Comfy bed and great AC! It had everything we needed. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming! This was a great stay for us!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is not fancy or full of high-end furniture or cookware, but it met our needs perfectly. The lanai was pleasant and we enjoyed coffee there each morning. We had an incident with plumbing and the owners were prompt and attentive. It is about a mile walk to the hostoric district, bit we did it easily each night. Highly recommend for affordable accomodationson the harbor.

This property is truly a gem! Quiet and off the beaten path, but close enough to everything. The view is breathtaking, awesome sunsets. The hosts are wonderful; checking in to make sure everything is okay and if anything is needed. Offering ideas of things to do and places to see; I almost felt like we were family or longtime friends! So cozy and comfortable; felt like home! We didn't want to leave, and we'll definitely go back to this place!

This was my second visit to this property/different apartment. Although it was considerably smaller than my last visit, it had everything We needed for an enjoyable stay. As in the past, the apartment was super clean and nicely decorated. Cute back porch with great views/very peaceful. Close to the Winery and Distillery and a short car trip to attractions.

Wonderful, charming place. Quaint, clean, one bedroom/bathroom apartment. The house is split into 3 individual apartments. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Walkable to multiple restaurants. The hosts are helpful and responsive when I had questions. Lovely home, wonderful hosts.

Our host was very welcoming. We saw beautiful sunsets from the screened porch. Walking to the downtown historic area with shops and restaurants was great. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay.

This little hideaway was perfect. My wife and I enjoyed our solitude, but we were still so close to the historic downtown area. It had all of the amenities we could need. Parking was well marked which we’ve had issues with other VRBO’s. Decorating with their own artwork was a great touch. Thank you so much for helping us have a great anniversary getaway. Would definitely recommend this place!!

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. The apartment was cozy, clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. The screened in porch was a bonus a peaceful place for birdwatching and beautiful sunsets.We loved that it was walking distance to downtown St. Augustine, Great Restaurants, and short drive to beaches.Hyacinth & Michael were quick to response to all of our inquires.
