Hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was okay but not great. Some of the staff were very friendly but some not very nice. I booked this place because of the heated pool that said in the description but the 2 days we were there pool was cold and we couldn’t use it. We ask about that and they said it is heated and supposed to be hot but it wasn’t. Very disappointed. Hotel location is very convenient, walkable to the historic district, very close.

The property wasn't bad. The valet who met us on arrival (all the valet) were very pleasant and helpful. I would have given them a higher rating for cleanliness, but the floor of elevator was dirty when we arrived and into the next morning. Free breakfast is always welcomed.😉 The outlets around the bed and the bedside lights were in operable. Receptionists were friendly and helpful as well.

Pillows on floor.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. The only issue was the maid came in one day while we were there and we asked that she just empty the trash cans. She insisted on making the bed, even though we stated again that wasn’t necessary. She proceeded to make the bed by first putting our pillows on the floor then straightening the sheets then put the same pillows back on the bed. I don’t know about most people but I don’t put my pillows on the floors in my own home. This made us feel very uncomfortable about what they did when we weren’t watching.

St Augustine relax and unwind

My grand kids had a blast in the heated pool and I enjoyed the managers meet and greet in the evenings. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet and staff went above and beyond to answer our every need. I will be booking again when I get back next spring.

The carpets are filthy but I did appreciate that breakfast was included and I didn’t have to leave the hotel for breakfast. Parking is valet only. Our room was in front of the gym and there was a guy in there that would through the weights after using them. That was annoying.
