Clean room very organized. All the necessities were provided. Hot breakfast was great, variety of foods to choose from. The only thing the AC was very noisy when chipping in and out and wasn’t cool enough for me. Other than that it was pretty good.

The room was not cleaned up before my stay. The pull out couch still had an old dirty sheet on it, the main bed’s bedding had crumbs and hair all over it (I took pictures), the toilet seat had black pubic hair on it, the floor had (you guessed it) hair, dust and crumbs and old wrappers in it… It was a very dirty room that I paid over $500/night for! Extremely disgusting and disappointing

The hotel had a musty smell. When getting off the 4th floor elevator you smell mold. Our room you can tell they painted over mold. The bed was super uncomfortable. First day we arrived I laid down and something hard was pressing against my leg. I took all sheets off and found two soap boxes tangled in the sheets. The bed itself had dips and felt like I was sinking. Room didn't feel clean. Whenever we stepped out of the hotel to go walk somewhere we were confronted by homeless people begging for money and was even followed home one night by some questionable person. Will not come back to this hotel or to St. Augustine. We actually cut our trip short and went home one day early.

The hotel staff were fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable, but they charge $29 per night for parking whether or not you use valet. PARKING SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY!!!!!!

Yes, the property was pet friendly. However I did not like we were put in a room in the back of the hotel right off the lobby. I asked to be moved but they said there were no other rooms available. I find that hard to believe when I could have booked another room for that same day.

Great stay. Great location, a mile from downtown. Great restaurants along the way. We stopped at 321 Burger and an ice cream spot along the way as the sun was setting. Perfect timing to then see all the Christmas lights. Breakfast was hearty and had something for everyone. The rooms are ridiculously spacious, clean and great views!
