Close to everything. The male bartender that was there on Saturday was amazing (definitely knew what he was doing with the drinks). Unfortunately as a person of color you can definitely tell the difference of how the front desk staff treated us but I wasnt going to let that ruin my weekend nor contact management (I was just trying to enjoy our anniversary). Overall beautiful property and close to everything.

Phenomenal experience

Everybody was super nice, everyone I talked to on the phone was very helpful and they all really care about giving you the best stay possible. The Hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and I plan on returning for a longer stay! My parents are now planning a weekend trip there and I would recommend this stay to everyone!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary this week here and were very pleased!! Great service and clean!! Great location. We walked everywhere! We'll definitely be back!!! Only complaint was my order of Lamb lollipops at Hugo's , they were good however the size of each one were extremely small, not worth the $$$$

The location was great. The hotel was so noisy. We were on the 2nd floor and the noise above us kept me up most of the night. The bed was not the most comfortable the pillows are horrible. I will not stay there again.

I stayed at the brand-newer Marriott in St. Augustine yesterday and had a great experience overall. The property is beautiful, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere—I only wish I had more time to enjoy the pool and take in everything the hotel has to offer. Everything during my stay was excellent, with one exception. I drive a Tesla and ran into issues with the on-site EV charger. It kept shutting off due to a grounding issue. The valet staff was helpful and tried to resolve it multiple times, but unfortunately, the problem kept recurring about 15 minutes after each fix. I ended up needing to find a charger elsewhere the next morning. Aside from that, it was a fantastic stay. I’d definitely return and hope the charging issue is resolved by then!

My stay was aweful. I was in a room first, where the water was scalding hot in the shower and when you tried to make it warm, there was no cold water, the shower would turn off. Then they changed my room to due to the water situation, as soon as we came in the room , I realized the make up remover towel was dirty. Then when I showered, the shower drain was clogged. It was nasty. When I went to the front desk, all they said was they couldnt do anything about it because the hotel was full, and that my situation was too bad. When I expressed my disadisfaction, all I got in response was too bad. Then when I came down at 9 pm to eat at their restaurant Hugo, that supposedly closes at 10 according to the website, I was told that it was closed and recieved no other assistance. I HAD TO walk over to the homewood hilton hotel to get some assistance and buy something to eat. This has never happened to me before. In the morning, I recieved my billing account and they charged me for valet parking when I didnt drive to the hotel, when I went to complain all I recieved in response was that they never charged me, when I showed her the email demonstrating the charge, she still insisted that she didnt charge me. This was not the vacation I was expecting.
