The front desk staff was incredibly rude, and this is the only Hyatt Place we have ever stayed at that charges for breakfast. We were also charged $50 for checking in two hours early.

Overall my stay was great location is good, nearby clean beaches great for families. The property is well kept, the pool seems heated I didnt get to go in but I felt the water. The breakfast was buffet style it has all the essentials. One thing that I dont know if can be adjusted or fix my room was on the second floor and the music from the rooftop was very loud thank God I was so tired I did fell asleep but you feel in thw club not good, that was my only issue.

I honestly do not usually leave reviews but I had such a great stay at Hyatt Place, I had to share. Everything was wonderful. The lobby, rooms, lounge areas were super clean & every single staff person we interacted with was very helpful & pleasant. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service!
