Enjoy your St. Augustine stay in our open-concept 1,541 square foot two-level, 3-bedroom 2.5 bath home with a private fully fenced-in back-yard suitable for outdoor dining and relaxation. Our downstairs features a large open living and dining room with a dining table that seats six and a large peninsula with four stools. Our plush leather sofa seat and three chairs seat six and additional benches allow you to add seating if needed.

Enjoy the game or relax and watch your favorite shows and movies using your own streaming services in front of the 55” smart TV. With high-speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the house everyone can enjoy their devices or work from home no matter where they are. Powder room and access to garage on main floor. Driveway holds 2 cars, and an additional gravel drive allows for an extra parking space. Our fully fenced in back yard features a large table for outdoor dining and seating for 6. A hang out spot with a table and two chairs and cornhole add to the fun.

One of the highlights of our new kitchen is a fully stocked coffee bar perfect for brewing a latte or enjoying a cup of tea. Includes a latte/cappuccino Keurig with a frother, drip coffee maker, cold-brew coffee pitcher for the fridge, stainless tea kettle for the stove with lots of K-cups and different teas and mugs. If coffee’s not your thing, blend up a smoothie or açaí bowl.

Guests can greet the day in our second sunrise themed bedroom featuring a queen bed. Those staying in the third bedroom (configurable with either two twin XL beds by default, or as one King bed upon request), enjoy a bright palm-tree themed room perfect to relax and read a book in its comfortable chair, play a game or take a nap.

Hall bathroom features a standard-sized bathtub with shower and single sink. Includes hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, bathmats, makeup towels, hairdryers.

Each bedroom features Zinus green tea mattresses, bamboo cooling-bed sheets, fiber-filled pillows, microfiber quilt/coverlet, two luggage racks, two sets of hanging shelves, hangers, a laundry basket and garbage pail. Washer/dryer for laundry is located in the upstairs hallway and includes an iron and ironing board.

For security purposes, home features a video doorbell, front yard and back yard cameras for piece of mind.
