Located upstairs this adorable 2 bedroom 1 1/12 bath duplex is perfect for a beach get away! Fully furnished with all the essentials of home including a stocked kitchen! Fenced yard for Fido, outdoor shower and just steps to the ocean! Book your reservation today!

Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

**Guests: Even if you add a pet to your reservation, it does not automatically include pet fees. Due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax

The property was beautiful and we loved the neighborhood. My family was comfortable the entire stay. Host was very responsive and patient as this was our first time renting a VRBO. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our vacation to Butler Beach! The property was in a perfect location, no beach view, but a very short walk to the boardwalk. The house was clean and comfortable. The only negatives were that the backyard needed attention and that beggar weeds stuck to our pup, which wasn't a huge deal since she is small.Overall, great value, and we will stay here again!

Bright & comfortable

We needed a pet friendly place near Butler Beach. Our stay was comfortable and the space checked all the boxes. Bright, spacious and a yard for our pup. Like most popular beach properties, there is some wear & tear, but nothing that would keep us from coming back.

Family get away

Nice location. Easy to get to. Disappointed that we couldn’t see the beach from the deck. We did use the air mattress but it was flat by morning. Overall nice place.
