You will have access to the entire property.

Check out is at 10:00 am and check in is anytime after 4:00 pm.

FYI- For any early check in requests, we always do our best to accommodate but sometimes we might be unable to do so. It usually takes our cleaners 3 to 3.5 hours to properly clean the home for your arrival. We want to ensure it’s perfect to start your vacation. Check-In is anytime after 4:00 pm and you will receive check-in instructions the same day of your arrival. We do this for the safety of everyone involved.

Located in a prime area, this neighborhood offers several activities suitable for the whole family and snowbirds, including an on-premise restaurant and bar, bocce ball, a basketball court, fishing at a private marsh side fishing dock, swimming in the community pool or hot tub.

Stay as busy as you want or simply kick back, relax, and enjoy your stay—all while taking advantage of the many amenities available.

Getting Around:
It is highly recommended to use a car or Uber/Lyft for best transportation and to see all St. Augustine has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
Parking: There is availability for 2 small vehicles or 1 large truck )no trailer) in the driveway. No street parking allowed! Please let me know if you have additional vehicles prior to your stay to do our best to arrange parking.

Pool/Spa: There is a Community Pool and Jacuzzi available on the resort with the hours posted in the listing. It has a lot of sun bathing chairs and games available for all guests!

Kitchen: We supply a drip coffee maker with packet of sugar, sweetener, and creamer for convenience. Kitchen appliances including microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, and fridge. Blender, selection of pots and pans and toaster are all available for use. Note: there is not a dishwasher onsite at this location but all handwashing supplies are provided.

Washer/Dryer: There is an onsite laundromat on the resort. It accepts coins only-and use is available but for an additional charge. Available for use and convenience on resoirt property.

TV: Smart TV's are in the Living Room and Bedroom onsite. Click "Home" on the remotes to get started. Don't see your App or concerned you won't see your game? "Air Play" is easily used and converted to all TV's from your iphone or ipad. Please remember to log out at checkout.

NO PARTIES: No more than the amount of guests on your reservation for the house (4 Max).

NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on the property.

Neighborhood Etiquette: Please be respectful to our neighborhood and neighbors who live there full time as we love our our quiet area of St. Augustine Beach in the evening time.

Noise Ordinance: Please respect the local noise ordinance after 10:00pm. Being loud, screaming, playing music or watching tv loudly after this time is unacceptable. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
