A Disappointing Holiday Experience

We stay at this complex a few times a year to visit family. This condo was not up to par and my communication attempts went unacknowledged. We visited for Thanksgiving, and were both greatly inconvenienced and disappointed with how dirty it was upon arrival. There were ants (and many ant traps about), very dirty shower/tub, furniture was covered with crumbs, dust, and hair as were all the table surfaces, and floors. This was our first time traveling with our baby and a dog, and we couldn't put the baby down until we cleaned the unit first using our local family's stuff. We will not be considering staying at another one of their properties again, especially given that no responses have been given to the complaints.
