OCEANFROONT, Located across from eating establishments and Kaqngaroo this GROUND FLOOR END unit is recently upgraded! One-bedroom fully stocked suite with granite, kitchen, breakfast bar, family room combo and covered patio will meet or exceed all your ocean front expectations. Whirlpool tub/shower adds to the enjoyment. Heated pool adds to the attraction of a vacation on the beach in cooler seasons. Located next to Crescent Beach Park which has a drive on access to the beach, your stay can accommodate various explorations. Historic Saint Augustine and the St. Augustine Amphitheater are just minutes away. Side yard adds to the amount of endless possibilities one can have, shaded most of the time! Remember only end units have bedroom views of the ocean! On the 4th floor, sunsets are Gorgeous! A king bed in the bedroom, comfortable sofa and 2 chairs provides for multiple arrangements in the condo. Deposit of $200 is because that is the cost I incurred after people smoked in the unit when it is posted NO SMOKING in unit but is refundable if no damage. Monthly discounts available.

Ricky was available & quickly responsive to my requests.The condo is as advertised. It is perfect for a couple. Although it sleeps four it would be a bit crowded. There is a lovely ocean view from the living room, and beach access is very close. The only thing I would have liked better would have been a dining table and chairs instead of the breakfast bar.

Quiet getaway!!

This is a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and fresh air!! There's a nice little ice-cream parlor just across the street. Our room could use a little TLC, but it was clean. Overall, not bad. It seemed to be the area where the locals visited the beach so the crowd was not overwhelming. Everyone was very nice and respectful.

I really liked that the owner left all kinds of helpful items for the apartment and the beach. I am a light sleeper and it was a little hard laying right next to the AC unit that sounded like a freight train in the bedroom. We may stay again, the view was great!

Location of the property was great. There were cobwebs on ceiling fan, one pan had food crusted in it and I washed it for the host, the floors didn't seem to be mopped but we are by the beach so I'm sure that is hard to keep clean. The worst thing was the blankets in the chest for the sleeper smelled awful and the sleeper sofa was terribly uncomfortable. It was rough and bumpy and impossible to sleep on.

Crescent Beachfront

Could not have asked for better hosts than Ricky and Suzy. Location description was on point. Check in and out were just as easy as coming and going from my own home. Most of our meals were eat out or carry in. All items needed were easy to find. Plenty of fresh towels and wash cloths. Keurig available. The beach is peaceful and very walkable.
