Property is as advertised, great locaton. Only one recommendation, update the cooling system. Having just the one cooling unit in the living room(celining fan is in bedroom) is not optimal also it is very load. This could become bothersome if staying for long stay or spedning extended time in the unit. But if you will be out and about enjoying the sights and history of the city, you won't notice the sound. Would visit again. Thank you for sharing your unit.

The apartment is in a great location and is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. The inside was clean and organized, the water heated instantly, and the bed was comfy. The kitchen and bathroom are a little dated, and the sliding back door would not lock with the deadbolt. Despite this, we felt very safe and comfortable staying here.

Nothing fancy. Good if you just need a place to crash for the night. It was close to the historic district and in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great. My only complaint was that it smelled very musty!

The apartment was perfect for our little getaway. It was clean and the location was amazing for the price! It was within walking distance to great shops, restaurants & attractions. Carl was a great host and made sure we were all set for our stay, without being overbearing. I will definitely stay here on our next trip to St. Augustine.

We greatly enjoyed out stay. Small place, great price, had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything! Just a heads up, the ac is a wall unit in the living room, it can be a little loud if you're trying to watch tv, and it may be a little warmer in the bedroom than in the living room, if you need it cold to sleep. Other than that we absolutely loved our sray.
