Cute unit has potential but needs simple improvements

This was our second time to rent at this club property. This is a cute condo, and the on-property club staff is wonderful and helpful, but there are some improvements that are needed on this particular unit. Sofas and queen mattress are extremely uncomfortable and need replacing. Mildew smell in all spaces was strong. If these improvements are made, it could be a great condo to rent. This is not an ocean view unit as the patio overlooks the pool fence and dumpsters. We will stay at the Ocean and Racquet Club property again, but will look for another unit next time.

This is a great property! The condo is well stocked with everything you will need. It's very clean and has a vintage style of old Florida, which is perfect for the beach. It's very close to the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay very much, and found ourselves wanting to stay longer!
