Easy walk to beach. There for festivities downtown St. Augustine. Very quite. Had 1st floor and could not hear any noise. Hot tub very close in building. Would stay there again.

The place was NOT CLEAN.. Stuff in dryer, garbage in garbage disposal, outlets that didn’t work, very noisy... They advertised a TV in guest room but it wasn’t connected to any cable. Dirty dishes in pantry and dirty silverware in the drawer. I think they need to update some things!!

This quaint condo has a great location! It’s a short walk to the beach (just within the condo unit parking lot) and super close to the pool. Each condo complex (several rental units) has its own hot tub located in unit center, which was fun for the kids and relaxing in evenings. It truly was super convenient with close parking to unit, short walk in morning to beach, and even quick drives to restaurants (sunset grille was great- go early), etc. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine for a day out. This condo unit is nicely decorated in a beach/shore theme. It’s well equipped with the necessities you’ll need. Plenty of cooking supplies. Even books, movies, dvds. The xfinity cable service allows you to use your Disney plus, Netflix and other accounts. Here’s some tips, not at all a knock to the unit! (Unit really was comfortable for family of 4). I wish I would not have unnecessarily purchased all the pieces mentioned in the booking emails tell you to bring: soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels. The condo had all of these items. If able, wait to purchase your supplies until you get there. If doing beach trips, purchase bag ice as we couldn’t find an ice machine on property. The unit does have ice machine for drinks, just not coolers. Also, the unit has a standard coffee maker, so don’t forget filters. I do wish I would’ve brought bath towels. The condo has a set of 6 towels, but some are the smaller ones best for kids. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. You can tell the unit is cared for by its owners. Great pick!
