I thought that the staff were very friendly, especially the front desk personnel. I had an extended stay for 9 days in St. Augustine. The only negatives about my stay was that the cleaning people did not ask me about my room very often. The bed (s) were not freshly made, i.e., linens changed, at all. Another person made the same comment/complaint (totally unrelated to me). He was military like me, but a disabled veteran.
