The Historic District is less than four miles away and the beach is less than five miles away. The Doug Crane Boat Ramp (0.4 mi.) provides boaters with easy access to the Matanzas River.

The pool includes a shallow sun shelf with two contoured chaise lounge chairs for ultimate sun-soaked bliss. What a great house, extremely clean super well equipped there’s nothing that you may need that they do not have. The pool was clean the backyard was awesome and the fireplace at night was awesome. This house it’s completely renovated and very close to historic downtown, its a very quiet neighborhood great for families. Around the are you have all the supermarket you may need. I would recommend it hands down
