We stopped very late went in to see if they had rooms and they said they had two available but none on the first floor so I closed my app. Somehow it charged my card. I spoke to Expedia and they weren’t very nice saying well someone had to put the code in. I didn’t put the code on. I didn’t even have my credit card with me so therefore I couldn’t put it in. I got no help from them. I called the hotel. Expedia called the hotel they told him oh yes, we have a room so we drive back the 22 minutes that we had left and already drove and we get there and she says oh no you can’t check until 3 PM so we can’t do anything for you and I could not get my money back which is absolutely absurd because I did not authorize that charge. The hotel staff was rude and refused to give a refund when I never even checked it was
