Salt Therapy - Elevated house w/ beach access

Soft ocean air moves through open doors as you wander between patios and balconies overlooking North Vilano Beach. Early spring along the Atlantic brings bright coastal light and gentle sea breezes, inviting slow mornings with coffee and quiet evenings listening to the rhythm of the waves. With the shoreline just steps away, the days unfold naturally between beach walks and time spent gathered at home.

Sleeping arrangements
This entire property includes two separate houses - Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South - giving your group space to spread out while staying connected. Together, the homes accommodate up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms and 6 beds. Each house offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, for a total of 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms across the property. The two-house layout is ideal for extended families or groups traveling together, offering shared gathering areas along with privacy between spaces.

Outdoor living
At the heart of the property, a private outdoor saltwater pool - available all year - creates a peaceful place to unwind after a day by the ocean. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Patios and balconies extend the living space outdoors with ocean view and pool view adding to the setting. A dining table and barbecue utensils make it easy to enjoy meals at home, and beach essentials - including beach towels and beach chairs - are ready for time on the sand.

Kitchen & dining
Each house features a full kitchen with major appliances, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster, along with a dedicated dining table for shared meals. Whether you’re preparing a relaxed breakfast before heading to the beach or sitting down together in the evening, you’ll have the space to cook and gather comfortably.

Comfort & convenience
Spanning three levels with an elevator - at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide - the home offers ease of access throughout. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans provide year-round comfort, and a 50 inch HDTV offers a place to relax indoors. Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or planning your next outing. A washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and self check-in with a keypad help streamline both short visits and longer stays. Free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces - is available for your group.

Neighborhood
Located in North Vilano Beach, you’re close to the ocean while remaining a short drive from the restaurants, shops, and historic streets of St. Augustine. After exploring the city or spending time along the shore, return through your private entrance and settle back into the calm of this coastal setting.

This property is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees. Assistance animals are always allowed.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
