Two beach houses, one reservation, and the Atlantic Ocean just steps from your door. Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South come together as a single rental in North Vilano Beach, giving your group six bedrooms and a saltwater pool to call your own for the stay.
Outdoor living
The saltwater pool at the center of the property is unheated - although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Patios and balconies look out over the pool and the ocean beyond, and the shoreline is just steps away. Beach towels and beach chairs are included, and a grill with an outdoor dining area rounds out the setup for easy nights outside.
Sleeping arrangements
The property includes 2 houses - Salt Therapy North & South - each with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, combining for 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms across the two homes, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Private entrances keep each house independent, while shared outdoor space brings the group together when you want it.
Kitchen & dining
Both houses come with a full kitchen - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and silverware, and a dining table for shared meals. With two kitchens between the homes, your group can cook together or split off with ease.
Bathroom
Between the two houses you'll find 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, each full bath fitted with a bathtub and hair dryer.
Comfort & connectivity
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep both homes comfortable in any season. A 50-inch HDTV, Wifi, and dedicated workspace cover downtime and remote work alike. Washer, dryer, and self check-in via keypad simplify longer stays, and an elevator - with a doorway at least 32 inches wide and a cab at least 52 inches deep - makes moving between levels effortless. Free driveway parking fits up to 3 vehicles.
Location
North Vilano Beach places you moments from the Atlantic and a short drive from St. Augustine's cobblestone streets, restaurants, shops, and historic landmarks. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees; assistance animals are always allowed.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
