The Seascape encompasses the true Florida beach lifestyle, as this beach retreat is equipped with all of the beach supplies that you will need for proper beach days including beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards ready to go for our guests! The street directly south of the home, Palmetto Road has a public boat ramp to the intracoastal waterway, which would be great to head by water to Matanzas Inlet or Downtown St. Augustine (Always be mindful of the tides). Restaurants and bars located to the north and south of the home which are easily accessible by vehicle. If the plan is to stay at the beach, you are a 3-min walk to our beautiful white sand beach. We are also an 15-min drive to downtown St. Augustine where the hottest restaurants, bars, and historical sites are located.

Family Bike Week

We were excited about this property the moment we found it. Our expectations were definitely met and exceeded. The personal touches that welcomed us were unexpected but definitely made us feel welcomed. The property turned out to be everything we needed. We had enough parking space for everyone. We were able to put our bikes in the garage at night. Everyone had their own bathroom. We had extra space to work from home, even though we were on vacation. And, the kitchen! It was spacious and modern. Even though it wasn’t quite as warm as we wanted, we still jumped in the pool every day, while our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. We absolutely loved this property and can’t wait to return next year! Thank you Michael and Gia

A little get away

We loved our stay at this property. Felt like home..Great space upstairs and downstairs. Balconies are a great bonus. Close to everything. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The light house is a must see. We would definitely stay here again when visiting. Thank you to our host.

This is not a 5 bedroom house!!

Surprised when we arrived it is 4 bedrooms with a very uncomfortable hide a bed that we had to make up ourselves. No mattress cover, no place for suitcase, and no closet. Would we have chosen your home if we known one of us would be sleeping on a hide-abed, the answer is no. It should be listed as a 4 bedroom house or take the very uncomfortable hide-abed out and replace it with a queen bed and continue to list it as a 5 bedroom house. It is a lovely home with a great open space on the first floor, truly no need for another sitting area.

The PINK house is AWESOME!
