This charming two-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers a delightful dining room with backyard views, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy lounge with a mini-fridge. The lovely backyard is perfect for relaxation, and you'll appreciate the easy access to nearby grocery and convenience stores. Plus, enjoy a short walk to convenience stores and a quick 5-10 minute drive to the beach and downtown.
Pets are not added on reservations. Only dogs allowed. $50 per dog.

Our property's location offers convenience but with potential noise considerations. Situated near a railroad track, train sounds may be audible, possibly affecting noise-sensitive individuals. Additionally, proximity to US-1 means light traffic sounds might be noticeable.

-This property is routinely treated for pests, but bugs can still enter when doors are opened. Palmetto bugs may fly in and die overnight. Gnats, mosquitoes, and fruit flies may appear depending on the season and conditions, especially around open or unclean drinks. When walking around town, use mosquito repellent due to the buggy environment. Florida's insect life while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Very cute and well appointed bungalow cottage. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. All necessities were provided in the kitchen, including coffee! The home is nestled in a slightly industrial area with restaurants and businesses around but was still very private and quiet. The backyard was nice to sit outside while enjoying some abnormally dry and breezy evenings. Close to coffee, food, and other amenities. Will definitely stay again!

The property Was as depicted including the warning about the trains which didn’t bother us but the actual location/ neighborhood was a little seedy. The backyard was a very nice quiet place to relax in the evening complete though with lights and a firepit. Inside was cute. We talked to Ryan about a few things missing. The biggest complaint would be the living room. It was just not very comfortable to sit and watch tv with just the 4 small chairs. Everything else we used was fine.

We spent a couple of nights at this property. It was clean and well stocked with needed supplies. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a train track close by and we heard the train but it was not close enough to bother anyone. A 5 minute ride to the trolley and downtown area. Host was very responsive and helpful with area info. We had no issues while we were there. We will return.
