Since our room was so called "Dog friendly ", we didn't get daily house cleaning and were told we had to go to customer service desk or find cleaning personnel to ask for towels. They did tell my wife it is in the policy to not go into rooms with dogs. Room had no dog bed or bowls like they said it would. Just a regular room with 2 queen size beds. Check in was 4pm but didn't receive our rooms until 5:20pm. Not happy with our stay and won't be going back.

Great location. Checking in staff at 4 pm on 3/17 can use some customer service skills. Lackluster. Bathroom in 265 had mildew. Breakfast can use a variety, not good when staying longer than one day. Other positive is the pet park. Will look for other options on our next visit.

Unexpected change in policy for shuttle service where you have to pay $5 per person per day for shuttle service in addition to a daily parking fee of $15. Only 2 miles from downtown so location very convenient.

The level of service we received, you would’ve thought we were checking into a five star, luxury accommodation property! They offer an entire dog park & the pet fee is only $25 a night. They also offer a shuttle to the heart of downtown for $5 (it stops running at 10p so keep that in mind). Free breakfast, too…How can anyone complain? Will definitely be back. THANK YOU!

Location was good. Could walk to a couple eateries. Desk associate Nikki was FANTASTIC! Loved her! Breakfast was very good. Loved the free downtown Shuttle. It is an older hotel but was extremely clean. Most times in older motels windows maybe dirty as well as the window track. My room #275 was super clean!! Our room was in the back so it was quiet. Highly recommend ❤️
