This top floor pool-view flat has been beautifully updated and tastefully decorated throughout and is located on the desirable east side of A1A just a short 10 minute stroll to miles of pristine beach. The spacious living, dining and kitchen areas provide ample room to relax after a day of beachcombing or exploring the quaint cobblestone streets of historic, downtown St. Augustine. The primary bedroom has direct access to the private balcony and features a King bed, TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twins plus two fold-away twins, a TV and has a full bathroom just outside it’s door. Other features include ceiling fans throughout, LVP flooring, fully equipped kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. The Villas of Ocean Gate community offers a pool, jacuzzi, gas grille and a beautiful tennis court. Just a short 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine with amazing history to explore and endless dining and shopping options. Small dogs allowed with non refundable pet fee. The condo was well equipped, large kitchen, close to town and the beach. Elevator was convenient for us and our 12 year old dog. Could have used some cleaning on the base boards and shower. But, other than that, would stay there again:)
