Rooms were large and clean, great location. However the furniture was very uncomfortable. Beds were hard, sofa was leather not comfortable after a day in the sun. Chairs were uncomfortable as well. The communication was always a day behind.

The location and beach access was perfect. To have the ability to walk down to the beach, walk to one of the two pools, chose one of the 5 hot tubs or head down the Main Street for the restaurants and activities was perfect. The value for the room is well worth it. The room was nice. Our master bed room had a nice queen bed and the kids room had 2 twin beds. The twin beds are good for children but might not be a great choice for other adults. Being a family trip the location and price was great and just a quick drive to St. Augustine. parking was easy as well. There is a guard house that helped get us checked in and headed to the condo. Always had a close spot available.

Someone from Casago needs to go down and meet the folks that run the place and understand the codes and get their code updates. parking was paid only had to sign up for an app that cost 25. code to beach after 3 wrong codes I found a owner that gave me the real code to beach. place needs updated, beds squeaky, linens stained and old, towels were coming undone at the seams, AC and Heat worked great, coffee maker was new. pots and pans were all stained and very old, the facility and bones of the condo were great, clean and well kept, this particular room needs new beds, linens towels and updated to at least 2010 on the decor, elevator worked great.

excellent access to beach

Excellent access to beach, was able to use beach 1 day during our Thanksgiving stay. Rest of the days to cold. Downtown St Augustine would be a 6 mile hike if you are up to it. Trolley info, we never figured out & lady at gate not much help. Parking lots fill up early, but follow signs north of town to free parking and free shuttle, it worked well for us.

This is our 3rd yr visiting St. Augustine, this time it was just me with my kids. The location was perfect, close to everything fun and necessities. The condo was perfect
