Enjoy a highly unique waterfront living experience conveniently located a mile from historic downtown St. Augustine and a few more to beaches. Equipped with all the comforts of a house, but with the views and location of boat. Enjoy great views of the sunrises and sunsets. Also within walking distance or very short drive to many of the attractions, breweries, distilleries, museums, and restaurants that you may want to visit. Only a short walk to one of the trolly stops where you can hop on and off all day and see the whole city. Consider booking your St. Augustine stay at the Jolly Lodger today!

The houseboat is a a fully remodeled 1987 Skipperliner Aquaminium. 55ft in length and 14 ft wide. It is equipped with a house central AC unit that keeps the boat nice and comfortable cool and warm in the cold months.

It is the first boat slip off the dock for maximum protection from major storms, while also being a very convenient walk to your car. So no need to run down a long dock in a rainstorm.

The boat has a spiral staircase leading to the top deck where lounger chairs await you as well as swivel captains chairs and bench seating that provides wonderful views of the sunsets and sunrises. Catch the most breeze up on the top deck and enjoy the sights after a long day of walking the town.

The rear of the boat has split level bedrooms. downstairs is the "Master" with a king size bed, and access to the back patio. The back patio fully screened in and has 2 chairs to take in the night air on bug free.

The upper level has 2 twin size mattresses and an office desk with office chair. Upstairs has 360 degrees of windows for enjoying the sights while protected from the elements. There are ample plugs and USBs for all your devices.

The kitchen has all the comforts of a kitchen at home with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and full size fridge with freezer. We've provided a drip coffee maker, toaster, and microwave for more options.

The living room has a smart TV mounted to the wall where guests can sign into their own streaming services and continue binging their favorite shows while traveling. The TV also comes with a live TV option to watch local news, weather, etc. Be sure to sign out before you check out or other guests may use your streaming services.

The boat is steps from the restaurant bar Hurricane Patty's which is a good time.

We had a great stay at Matt & Loren's houseboat. Everything was exactly as pictured on-line. Good communication & instructions from the host. We found the marina surprisingly quiet - both day and night. We made a nice camp fire one night, and had it all to ourselves. It was a really fun and new experience for us staying on a boat.

The boat was outstanding and just as described and shown in the pictures!! The boat was so good I barely wanted to leave it. Mornings on the sundeck and lovely relaxing the rest of the time. The hosts have been very thoughtful with the design and provide everything you would need and all was impeccably clean! I generally feel the need to wipe everything down before I use it but this was the first place I have been that I did not feel that was needed because of how wonderful it is!! I was alone the first night before my husband arrived the 2nd day and I felt safe and secure here being a woman traveling alone at first. This was the most lovely birthday weekend and I couldn’t have asked for anything more or better!! Thank you so much for providing such a great spot. We will definitely be back! Angela and Jake
