Tucked away in the heart of North Cornwall, this cosy holiday cottage is the perfect base for your Cornish adventure.

With its own private driveway, handy porch and an EV charger for modern convenience everything has been thought of to make your stay easy and relaxed. Step through the front door into a hallway area that's just right for kicking off muddy boots and hanging up coats after a day out. From there you'll find yourself in a lovely open-plan space where the lounge, dining area, kitchen, and pantry flow together beautifully.

The lounge has a 55 inch smart TV, a comfy reclining sofa and a charming bay window seat for lazy afternoons. In the dining area enjoy meals by the warmth of a log burner set into a traditional fireplace adding a welcoming touch.

The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar, fridge, freezer and a pantry stocked with useful bits to help during your stay.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, a wardrobe for your things and a full-length mirror. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a small double below – perfect for kids or extra guests. The bathroom has both a bath and an electric shower over the bath.

Outside, there’s a gravel patio with a table and chairs for meals in the sun and a little garden beyond for some quiet moments. Set just 20 minutes from either coast, his peaceful spot offers the best of Cornwall whether you're after beach days, coastal walks or just a bit of calm.
