The accommodations were just what we needed. They were comfortable, safe, quiet, and had some of the most beautiful views of Cornwall. The family is kind, accomodating, and friendly.
Breakfast was always fresh and delicious!
Views from the bedroom were exceptional. Ask for the St.Ives room 😉

Excellent B&B to stay in St Austell. The host was fantastic and very friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious. In close proximity to the train station and center of town, but not noisy, with very comfortable beds and clean room. Will definitely visit again if I get the chance to. Highly recommended.

Adelaide & her family are friendly, welcoming hosts. They were able to provide helpful information e.g. best places to park on our days out, and kindly accommodated all our little requests.
