This flat is in an excellent location and is spacious and well laid out. This could be superb if the Owners upgraded a few items such as signage to identify where the unit is, motion detection lights on the very dark entrance alley, toilet roll holders (!) and change the carpets and some furniture. With those this would be amongst the best units in Cornwall.
