Everything was truly really good... service and food were amazing. Breakfast was good even though we got down on the later side of morning. We had alot of dog hair on our top comforters and we didnt have onecwith us...so we had to pull them off but beds were comfy pillows were clean and comfy.

the lady at the front desk (when I checked in) was very helpful finding me a room on the ground floor -- it's difficult for me to carry luggage upstairs since I just had a back surgery. I so appreciated that.

Probably will not choose this one again.

We used a lint brush to clean numerous hairs from our sheets and mattresses. No elevator was an issue for us. We tried to use the attached pizza parlor at 10:30 pm and they said they were not making any more pizza, even though they were open until 11pm.

Having a restaurant attached is a major convenience, especially when it's a very good one! The in-room AC unit was very noisy when running. Also the bathroom fan was a bit noisy, too. The stopper in the bathroom sink didn't work. Overall, I was satisfied. Just some little things to look at.

Average hotel, liked the hot tub being a bit away from the pool. Workout room needs some care - treadmill and weight equipment did not work. Shower was warm but not hot like every other hotel we have stayed in. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows, very quiet and close to things to do.

There was never coffee, my shower was cold, the restaurant attached to it House of Pizza was amazing, they were out of juice at breakfast also, the halls were filthy
