Flaunting a fine granite exterior - Treventon is a stunning, large country house set in a village position and close to Cornwall s North shore (10mins to Watergate Bay / 15mins to Padstow). You’ll love the Victorian country house grandeur, beautiful outdoors spaces, comfy beds, wood-panelled games room and general peaceful ambiance.

Original period features abound, whilst an eclectic mix of vintage and modern pieces make staying here a truly unique experience.

The space

Treventon is a fantastic family holiday house in which to spread out, relax and unwind.

On your doorstep are local pubs, popular cafe/deli, excellent butcher and a fully stocked local supermarket (Fever Tree, halloumi, pastries and the weekend papers at your finger tips!).

Take a short drive down a country lane to one of the North coasts stunning beaches or just relax in the self-enclosed gardens; whatever the mood, you re covered. At the end of a fun filled day unwind in the glass panelled loggia, opposite the giant magnolia tree, with a well earned gin & tonic or indeed dine al fresco (bbq is provided).


N.B. This is a family house and unfortunately not suitable for stag or hen parties.
We do a minimum 7 night stay

Treventon July 2021

Fabulous week at Treventon House. The house is a beautiful Victorian property with many original features and is set in beautiful private gardens, where we enjoyed many al fresco meals. St Columb Major is a lovely small town with all the local shops you need. It is a great location and close to many dog friendly beaches. Viva, the host and her family are lovely and responded to any queries quickly. The welcome pack included lots of good recommendations for restaurants etc. The house is well equipped and Viva’s welcome hamper was most appreciated, especially the delicious breads from The Butchers Bakehouse. Thank you. We’d love to return!

Amazing holiday venue

This property was just beautiful, there was EVERYTHING here that you could possibly need and more. We hardly wanted to leave each morning to go and explore Cornwall! The whole family loved the house and the grounds especially the children. AMAZING

Stunning house beautiful gardens

This was an incredibly comfortable stay an amazing house everything we could have ever asked for and much much more..... age range 1yr - 70's fab for all!! Viva was a fantastic friendly warm and welcoming host. Always contactable and responded very quickly..... HUGE RECOMMEND!!!!
