The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Accommodations also include an outdoor gas grill, pool, hot tub, covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a huge master suite, along with a bunk room inside. There is a Casita with a private entrance. The kitchen was extremely well supplied, and was where I spent most of my time. I only have one complaint. Some of the landscaping is long and reedy and hangs over the sidewalks. When I took the trash out, I tripped on one of the plants. I also almost tripped walking down the street in the dark. I would just suggest that those plants be replaced or trimmed back.

High end all the way. It seemed like the owners took pride in their property, which we appreciated and we did our best to respect the beautiful home. We also enjoyed the amenities (pool, etc) and found them to be lightly used, which was nice to not be overcrowded.We HIGHLY recommend this property and Ledges Vacation rentals...we'll be back there for sure.M.O.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice house, but the supplies were very lacking. The pantry was basically storage bags, or tin foil or saran wrap for leftovers. There were only a couple of wine glasses, and everything was numbered, which seemed like they don't trust anyone. We have stayed at the Ledges multiple times, and all of these amenities were readily available, which led to my disappointment. We will stay again, just not at this property.
