This beautiful 7 bed 7 bath 3 level property was featured in the 2023 Parade of Homes and will not disappoint! In addition to the stunning rooms and finishes throughout, this rental offers a large selection of exciting amenities. Relax with the private hot tub and fire pit on the upper deck, or start some friendly competition with air hockey, ping pong, or board games. Get outside and explore on the included electric scooters, or enjoy the water and sun at the lagoon with the provided paddleboards.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Deck on top of the Promenade Building on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
