Beach Lagoon Escape is a 3 bedroom unit offered at the exciting vacation community of Desert Color! This rental will be perfect for your family, large or small, to enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer!

On the first floor, you will find an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that will be the perfect place to gather after a long day playing in the water or hiking around St. George. The comfy couch is perfect for watching movies on the flat-screen TV, and the fully equipped kitchen will have all you need to whip up a family meal. Enjoy a downstairs master with a king, and 2 more bedrooms upstairs, one with a king and another with a queen bed. The 3rd level loft will be the perfect place to send the kids up to play, and be sure to utilize the roof-top deck for sunbathing or star-gazing! Though this rental is so darling top to bottom, don’t forget to go over and check out all that the Shores Resort has to offer!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street right in front of this home. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
