Nice hotel outside St. George

This hotel is very new in an area outside of St. George. There is not much around so you will have to drive into the city. It still has that new hotel smell. The staff was great and welcoming. Parking was eqsy

My wife and father in law stayed a night. Started well until the “service dog” that had been left by its owners in the room next door started barking. And barking. And barking. Barking load enough that my almost deaf father in law could hear it with his hearing aids taken out. From around 9 until about 2am and then started up again at 5:30 am. Multiple calls to the front desk were made by multiple rooms. Nothing the desk could do. Manager this morning, Cora, when asked for a refund, said that it wasn’t her problem as the booking was through Expedia. She didn’t really care and wasn’t going to do anything about it.
