Not clean

Check in was quick and easy; attendant friendly. Hallways do not appear to have been vacuumed for months and the rooms were not real clean. We found an old sock on the windowsill and the room itself in disrepair. The beds were comfortable.

Affordable and friendly

Overall a pleasant and affordable place to stay right near Zion. The rooms seem to have some newer upgrades, plus they have a fridge and microwave. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They provide breakfast, which is your standard basic breakfast. It really has all the amenities we needed for the price. We stayed 3 nights and my only complaint was (the room was pretty clean) housekeeping could pay extra attention to the small cleaning details.

Affordable free breakfast, which was a full breakfast thank you. Only issue was the noise from from the street bring earplugs, easy fast check-in gave me an early check-in the Indian restaurant attached to. It is an amazing Indian restaurant. Very good food. Very close to Zion right up the hill 25 minutes.

Get ready for the bare minimum.

Okay, if you want a place to lay your head, and you don't care that you have to speak up if you want your room even (partially) cleaned, or a baseline breakfast (waffles, pancakes, a piece of fruit, yogurt, cereal, you'll be fine. But the hospitality staff EXPECTS a tip - ours left an ENVELOPE next to the TV titled, "housekeeping". 1. You make an hourly wage. 2. Actually do your job to completion - left the bed messy, but replaced the towels and toiletries, took out trash...didn't vacuum.

Average room quality at below average room pricing for the area. We only booked just in case we needed a stay; which we ended up needing. The room was nice but was a little noisy due to being located need the door/stairway.

Never ever again ! Junk Yard

The photo will not tell you what. it seems some Patel converted a warehouse to a motel. Overall place is not very clean, the cabinet was full of dust, could not keep my clothes, ended up keeping them on the bed. Shower supplies were not adequate. The shower tub was dirty. The bathroom sink had no place to keep your stuff. The service person came but only replaced a few small shampoo bottles. The bed was not made, and the towels were not replenished. Anyway, overall really bad experience, and I will not be there again. I suggest you stay away from this place as well.

This was a good stay for budget minded families. The room was clean and the beds cozy. It seems like the property is getting some updates which will be nice. The staff is very friendly and my kids enjoyed the waffle breakfast.

I was impressed that they were able to keep up an older building. It was pretty. I did notice that there were nail holes in the walls that weren't taken care of. The few staff that I interacted with were very kind and very respectful. I would definitely stay here again.

The overall facility is a bit dated, but for what it is - a small town hotel with good access to the national park or north St. George - you can't ask for much more. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our room was dirty. The carpet wasn't vacuumed, there were crumbs in our beds, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet hadn't been cleaned and there was black hair in our shower. The lock on our door didn't work. The staff was nice and the towels were soft….

Staff was great. Property needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep to validate cost. Disappointed. Room was really stinky the whole stay even after buying an air freshener the first night.

Someone had their TV on all night. Very loud. No hot water the first night to take a shower. There was drywall dust on the floor under the window which would make me believe it wasn’t vacuumed very well. Curtains didn’t block out light so it was very bright from parking lot lights all night.
