The fourth bedroom has a Full over Full bunk beds with a twin trundle and is decorated with a Star Wars theme. Fun for kids of all ages. All brand new mattresses and bedding for your ultimate comfort.

The family room has 2 large couches. There is plenty of seating for family movie night gatherings. The entertainment center boast a 60' flat screen with DVD. Adjacent to the family room is a large dining and bar area that seats up to 16 people comfortably. There is a brand new Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

(several within five minutes!), Mesquite is right around the corner only 35 minutes with more golf courses and great casinos with fantastic buffets, and for you nature lovers, Zions Park and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within one-half day travel/fun!
