Modern and spacious vacation rental home ready for a family get away, work convention, sports tournaments, visiting the breathtaking outdoors or whatever brings you to Sunny St. George. Our Little Valley home features amazing features both inside and outdoors in addition to lots of parking. Home sits just above a city park & boasts private backyard with NO backyard neighbors! Also has a w/gas bbq, pergola, in ground trampoline, hot tub that faces Pine Valley and custom bench swings built around a gas & wood fire pit. Sorry, no pets. 30 day minimum rental.

The host was an amazing communicator. The second there was any issues she was right on top of communicating with me and correcting any and all problems.She even brought up an issue before I realized it was one and had the correction on the doorstep within hoursHighly recommend this as a stay for your family! We had a wonderful time in the location is nice and quietEasily accessible and very comfortable

Great home in great neighborhood

We enjoyed Thanksgiving here and had a wonderful time. Lots of space and very well equipped. I would highly recommend this a place to enjoy good family time. Host was very responsive, even leaving a nice gift basket and cold drinks in the fridge.
