Door lock was broken so we did not have a key to re-enter our room if we left it. Was told that they couldn’t fix it until the next day because the property manager was off work. Our choices were keep one of us in the room to not be locked out or get someone from the front office every time we wanted in our room. Heated pool was not heated. No water in any of the coolers. Very disappointing stay.

The service is excellent. We love the manager she is amazing and the coziness and convenience of the area and the free breakfast is great. Overall the entire staff was amazing and its one of pur favorite places tonstay in st george period. We love everything about it.

The linens were very clean and bright. Blankets were great. Many pillows to choose from. HOWEVER, the room showed much deterioration. The floor had spackle or paint spots all over. There were very few hangers. When we asked for more, we were told there were no more to be had. Broken lamp shade, aged shower, plumbing, and the toilet seat was loose. Worker woke us on the first morning hammering on the wall next door. Maid couldn't communicate with us when she came to the door. No maid service at all for days 3 & 4. Hot tub was cold. Breakfast was low quality.

The beds were somewhat clean, but we still decided to sleep on top of all of the bedding. The bathroom had hair all over the place, including on the towels. There was even a cockroach on the wall. If we weren’t in a rush to find a place to rest for the night, we would gave gone somewhere else. Pretty disappointing for the price we paid.

This isn’t a fancy hotel but it’s not bad either for what the price is. The breakfast is actually really good in size and what they offer. I liked that we could have our dogs , it wasn’t gross or smelly from allowing pets but the building could use an uplift. My kids liked the pool and hot tub . It’s close to a lot of things and the freeway so that was convenient. I would stay here again if needed .

We were not able to make this trip or stay at this hotel. I was charged for ALL THREE DAYS. I've heard of places charging for the first night if you don't cancel with 24 hours...but not ALL three nights! What if I had booked for a whole week?? I called but the lady who answered the phone said I had to deal with Expedia. Expedia said I had to deal with the hotel directly. :-(
