Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good and consisted of waffles, cereal, bread, muffins, yogurt and eggs. I would stay there again.

Nice Quality Inn w. your basic staff, amenities, free breakfast, and no elevator. I liked the pancake machine, outdoor dining deck (although 2 picnic tables wasn't enough), refrigerator, coffee maker, and easy parking...but it's a L-O-N-G drive to Zion. Also, the ice machine wasn't working.

It would have been nice if the check in clerk told us the Ice Machine wasnt working. Room was old and dingy and we found Bed Bugs in both beds. Very nasty.

It was a quite hotel but very outdated. The bathroom door had screws around the door knob to hold the door together. Fixtures outdated, lacking tech ports. Towels had holes. Room smelled of mildew. Hallway carpet had wholes. The place needs some TLC.

They put me in a handicap room instead of a regular hotel room. I am not handicapped. It also shared the wall with the morning cafeteria. So at 5 AM it was thumping and bumping and very noisy. Also, they took out the regular vanity so the toilet was wheelchair accessible. Also took out the closet and made the closet into a small little vanity. So there was no closet. I had to take a flashlight bend down and look up underneath to figure out how to hang up my clothing. Even the ironing board was cut in half. The desk, because of the reconfiguration of the room, had no outlet to plug in my electronics. I had to go to Walmart and buy an extension cord. I also found a cockroach in my bathroom. Never again. Also, there is no elevator so I had to stay on the bottom floor unless I wanted to pull my luggage up a staircase. No one offered to help me do that.

The hotel needed some work. The bed was very soft the door between us and the conjoined room wouldn’t lock. The breakfast had frozen scrambled eggs no meat and waffles. You could see through the towels. The drapes wouldn’t completely shut and people out side could look in. Will not stay there again.
