"Triple R Getaway" is a spacious 2,692 sq ft villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, designed to provide everything you could desire in a vacation rental. Boasting both indoor and outdoor entertainment options, this rental is equipped with 2 community pools, 2 hot tubs, and pickleball courts. Perfect for families, the property offers various amenities to keep kids entertained, including a PlayStation 4, a 4 Player Commercial Video Arcade, a foosball table, and a ping pong table.

The living spaces are thoughtfully designed, with a large sectional sofa and chairs in the living room, complemented by a flat-screen TV. Step outside through the patio doors to enjoy a private patio with furniture and a grill for barbecues. The kitchen and dining area provide ample space for family gatherings, with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop stove, and seating at the table for 10, along with additional seating at the kitchen island and bar table.

The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, a desk, and a spacious master bath featuring double sinks, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. We stayed at this location for our church’s girls’ camp and it was perfect for our group! The girls enjoyed all of the entertainment and amenities offered, & it gave us a great space to be together. Plenty of beds for all of us and different spaces to gather, including a deck patio. It was clean and the kitchen had all of the dishes and utensils needed. It was nice having so many bathrooms which made get ready and showering easy for everyone. There are two pools, one is right across the street. There are two pickleball courts around the corner that we made use of. Just outside of all the traffic of the city, but a quick drive to anything we needed Snow Canyon is was only a few minutes drive away also. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fun in rock climbing country

This airbnb was incredibly organized, clean and well stocked. Perfect for big groups or families. Everything worked, plenty of room, lots of games and activities, super convenient. Snow Canyon Park is less than a 10 minuted drive, has beauty and scenery that definitely rivals Arches or Zion, and was virtually empty!!

We had a great time! The house was clean and beds were comfy! We tripped a breaker in the island with 2 appliances running at the same time which made the kitchen fridge unusable and we’re weren’t able to get ahold of anyone at the maintenance number or messaging through the app. Fortunately there is an extra fridge in the laundry room so we were able to keep the important stuff cold. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Fairly good. Had a few problems - only 2 of the 5 burners worked on the outside grill. There was a broken window that we reported 3 times that a maintenance man who came to reset the door lock took a picture of. Drawer in kitchen would not stay closed. Overall the family had a good time.

Huge, comfortable house

We met our family friends for a long weekend. The house was perfect for our group, which consisted of adults and children ages 9 to 15. The ping-pong table in the garage was a hit. There were plenty of pool towels and pool toys to bring with us to the community pool. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. The kids loved the arcade upstairs. Everything was very clean. There was an issue with the disposal and within an hour there was someone over to fix it. Great communication.

Awesome place to stay

This place is great - would totally stay here again. Close to St George but away from the bustle. Easy access to Snow Canyon. The property is fantastic, parking for four vehicles, pools, hot tubs, pickleball courts. The property has a great deck with a gas fire pit and included lots of board games, arcade game, PS4, etc. It is pretty well maintained with a semi-stocked kitchen. Don't rely on things like Pam or sugar to be there unfortunately. Also the dishwasher rack was broken and the arcade game only works on one of the joysticks. But overall really awesome.
