Staff was nice. Room was ok but tub was chipped, stain on sofa and bathroom floor appeared to have a crayon stain on floor. We had dogs so we may have just been given a room that wasn’t as nice. I was disappointed because hotel got really good reviews.

Dirty room upon arrival and no help with it.

We used our bathroom right as we got in the room and we had to use the previous customers toilet paper. The tub was also not cleaned and there was hair everywhere. The door to the bathroom was also gross and needs to be wiped down. The carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in forever. Dust was in every corner just caked. We’ve stayed here in the past and had a great experience. But when I told the front desk that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, her response was “sorry I don’t have a maid to clean it”..:: then maybe offer another room? Here was also crumbs all over the bed spread.

The stay was great. We brought a pet. My only concern was that I picked the property because it was pet friendly. They gave us a room that had easy access to the pet relief area that I appreciated but I feel like they should have added on the website that there was an additional fee if you had a pet. It may or may not have made a difference on if we would have stayed at this resort but would have appreciated the option.

I paid more than I could have for hotel in the city because from the photos it looked like a nice place. Once I arrived I could see it was a old hotel with minimal updates staged to make it look better in photo. Once I started the check in process I realized I was very wrong and regretted booking 2 nights. St George is known for sunshine and pools. Pool deck is covered in leaves and debris tiles off of the hot tub. The water was filthy. This hotel feels like the property is managed by the amateurs rather than a professional organization. which would be fine if they cleaned and maintained it, but it's not. We had to leave the fan blowing all night to not hear all the noise from the interstate. Breakfast mediocre at best
