The private sparkling pool with large deck offers comfortable seating with chaise lounges and a patio table for al fresco dining. An outdoor shower is perfect at day's end and the fish cleaning area with park-style grill is provided for preparing that “Fresh from Florida” catch of the day. An enclosed laundry room with washer/dryer is on the ground floor.

The first floor's open living/dining/kitchen floor plan features comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The wood-burning fireplace provides warmth and ambiance for guests visiting during cooler months on the Forgotten Coast.

Back inside, the well appointed kitchen has plenty of counter space for the chef in your party. A breakfast bar that seats 2 is perfect for morning coffee.

Sleeping accommodations feature the NW king bedroom with flat screen TV, full private bathroom with separate shower and garden tub and direct access to the screened deck.
