The ground level provides an under house parking area that fits up to 4 vehicles, an over sized enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower with changing area and a nice sized fish cleaning station. The elevator is accessible from the ground level and continues to all floors, making it a highly valuable amenity when it comes to off-loading your luggage and groceries! A fantastic master suite on the top floor has its own private deck with amazing panoramic Gulf Views! This home is truly stunning and is a real island treasure!
