The exterior of this home offers all you could ever need. Under house parking leads to the covered entry, where you will find an elevator that services all floors of the home making unloading a breeze! An outdoor dinning area boasting pub style seating, built-in gas grill and refrigerator all near the the 6 person hot tub. The private pool sits beach side including a stunning sundeck and plenty of loungers for the whole family. The enclosed outdoor shower and fish cleaning station round out the exterior of the home.
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, well equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless appliances to include 2 dishwashers, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, top floor has bunk room/game room with arcade games, foosball, air hockey, sink and mini refrigerator, covered beachside porches with Polywood furniture, elevator access to all floors, private pool, separate 6-person hot tub, under house pub-style outdoor entertainment area with bar height Polywood tables and chairs, built-in gas grill, outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and outdoor toilet, pool has extended deck with ample loungers and seating, under house concrete parking and under house entry, private boardwalk to the beach.
